The Opportunity.
The Knights or Columbus is a not-for-profit membership organization that helps provide financial security to its members and their families through its insurance programs and investments. As a Field Agent, you will provide various products including Permanent Life Insurance, Term Life Insurance, Annuities, Disability Income Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, and Investment products.
The Team.
The Knights of Columbus are looking for professionals to join their team as insurance field agents and investment advisor representatives (IARs). The Knights of Columbus insurance program has earned various accolades, including being rated A+, Superior for financial strength by A.M. Best in December 2023, and was named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Insurance Companies in 2024 in the permanent life insurance category. Knights of Columbus Insurance currently has more than $123 billion of life insurance in force. Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors holds more than $28 billion in assets under management.
The Impact.
Working with their brother Knights, agents present viable financial and insurance solutions and maintain constant contact with all the members in their portfolio. The Field Agent will be responsible for:

Providing professional service to policyholders and their families, fulfilling the KofC commitment to charity, unity, and fraternity.

Providing members and their families with the guidance that fits their needs.

Achieving production quotas in the Agent’s territory, as set by the General Agent and the Home Office.​

Providing members and their families with outstanding customer service.

Learning and following all regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Qualifications.

Successful completion of the state-required process for obtaining life and health insurance licenses prior to onboarding, or current active state licenses.
